Premier Tech makes a european acquisition
In keeping with its mission of becoming a technological and commercial leader, Premier Tech is pleased to announce the acquisition of Bag Treatment Holland (BTH), whose corporate office is in Eersel in the Netherlands. Premier Tech thus integrates the renowned expertise of some 90 skilled people to its team which now exceeds 1 700 worldwide. Through this transaction, the company strengthens the position of its Industrial Equipment Group in the field of industrial flexible packaging on the European market. The merger of BTH with Chronos Richardson, an existing business unit of Premier Tech, will create, on October 1, 2009, a leader in the field of industrial flexible packaging in Europe, which will from then operate under the name of Chronos BTH, both in Europe and Asia.
Founded in 1995, BTH is recognized all around Europe for its know-how and the quality of its value-added products and services. Like Premier Tech, it has succeeded in leveraging the skills of a dynamic and experienced team working in a stimulating environment. Furthermore, BTH shares Premier Tech’s Vision with regards to Innovation, Team work, Agility, and Customer satisfaction.
This acquisition, the third for Premier Tech this year, is in line with its strategy which aims at continuously improving its commercial offer and technological positioning through partnerships and business integrations. This approach is one of Premier Tech’s main drivers of its international expansion.
